Service Description

Mindfulness: being focused in the present moment Macro Photography: photographing small objects Mindfulness + Macro Photography: focusing on the tiniest creations in nature and delighting in what is revealed. Join Dr. Susannah on this unique mindfulness experience. During this one-on-one session, you will be guided through simple mindfulness practices designed to help quiet your mind and deepen your breath. After these practices, you will observe nature’s beauty and, with guidance, direct Dr. Susannah as to what you would like photographed. In addition to this experience, you will receive all of the digital photos taken during your session (minimum 50 photos).
